1 Definitions and Interpretation

2 Account Registration

• Hold a MyKad or valid identification document.
• Provide an active and verifiable mobile phone number and email address.
• Have no other active or suspended account at eplay88 — each individual is permitted to hold only one account.

eplay88 reserves the right to request a copy of an identity document, proof of residence or any other supporting documents at any time for verification purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3 Deposits and Funds

eplay88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's name only. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• eplay88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, though payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits are subject to compliance and security checks. eplay88 reserves the right to suspend or decline any deposit that is suspected to be high-risk.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an eplay88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is verified and approved.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the eplay88 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Members agree that:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• Any internet connection disruption or technical issue on the member's end does not entitle the member to cancel any bet that has already been placed.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised external tools is strictly prohibited.
• Bets identified as resulting from collusion, manipulation, or fraud will be voided and any related balance may be forfeited.

7 Member Responsibilities

Each eplay88 member is fully responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that use of this platform is lawful under the laws of their local jurisdiction.
• Keeping their password and account information confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Reporting to eplay88 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• Playing responsibly and using the available control features when needed.
• Not using this platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Keeping account information, including mobile number and email, up to date to facilitate communication from eplay88.

8 Limitation of Liability

eplay88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical failures, service disruptions, or downtime that are beyond eplay88's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment providers and game providers.
• A member's failure to take appropriate security measures to protect their login information.
• Gambling outcomes — eplay88 does not guarantee winnings to any member.

In any circumstance, eplay88's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to that claim.

9 Account Termination

eplay88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The member breaches any term in this document.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The member provided false information during registration or during the verification process.
• The member is found to be using multiple accounts.
• eplay88 receives instructions from the relevant authorities to do so.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting eplay88 customer support. Any valid balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, provided no breach of terms has occurred.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

eplay88 operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant licensing requirements. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the licensing terms held by eplay88.

Any dispute arising from the use of the eplay88 platform should first be resolved through eplay88's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to comply with the dispute resolution mechanism set by the relevant licensing body.
